  • お問い合わせ、製品モニターへの応募などの際にご提供いただく氏名、メールアドレス、住所、SNSアカウント名、お問い合わせ内容
  • 当社ウェブサイトの閲覧時にサーバーが記録するアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧日時）。現在、第三者のアクセス解析ツールや広告用Cookieは使用していません。
  • Amazon.co.jpでの販売に伴い、Amazonから当社に提供される注文情報（お届け先氏名・住所・注文内容など）
  • Name, e-mail address, postal address, social-media account name and message content that you provide when you contact us or apply to a product-seeding programme
  • Server access logs recorded when you visit this website (IP address, browser type, date and time). We currently use no third-party analytics tools and no advertising cookies.
  • Order information that Amazon provides to us for sales on Amazon.co.jp (recipient name, address, order details)

4. Amazon出品パートナーAPIおよびAmazon広告APIの利用

4. Use of the Amazon Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API

当社は、自社のAmazon出品者アカウント（Amazon.co.jp）の在庫・注文・商品情報・広告を管理する目的で、Amazonが提供する出品パートナーAPI（SP-API）およびAmazon広告APIを利用する自社用アプリケーションを運用します。これらのアプリケーションは当社自身のアカウントのデータのみを取り扱い、他の出品者や第三者のために利用することはありません。APIを通じて取得した情報は、Amazonの利用規約およびデータ保護ポリシーに従い、通信時・保管時ともに暗号化し、アクセスは業務上必要な担当者に限定します。注文に含まれる個人情報（お届け先氏名・住所など）は、注文の処理・配送・返品対応・税務および法令上の義務の履行にのみ利用し、配送完了後30日を超えて保持しません（法令により保存が義務づけられる場合を除きます）。これらの情報を広告・マーケティングの目的で利用すること、第三者に販売・提供することはありません。セキュリティ上の問題が生じた場合は、Amazonの定める手続きに従って速やかにAmazonに報告します。

We operate private applications that use the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Ads API to manage the inventory, orders, listings and advertising of our own seller account on Amazon.co.jp. These applications handle data of our own account only and are never used on behalf of other sellers or third parties. Information obtained through the APIs is encrypted in transit and at rest, in line with Amazon's terms and Data Protection Policy, and access is limited to the staff who need it for their work. Personal information contained in orders (recipient name, address and similar) is used only to process, ship and handle returns of those orders and to meet tax and other legal obligations, and is not retained for more than 30 days after delivery unless a law requires longer retention. We do not use this information for advertising or marketing and never sell or provide it to third parties. Any security incident is reported to Amazon promptly, following Amazon's procedure.

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。製品の配送や決済など、業務の一部を委託する場合は、委託先に必要な範囲の情報のみを提供し、適切に監督します。

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law. Where we outsource parts of our operations, such as delivery or payment processing, we share only the information needed and supervise the contractor appropriately.
